Our core values include integrity, compassion, and inclusivity. We believe that everyone has a role to play in creating a better world. We made a difference in a big way for our annual For Our City Day of service: October 18, 2025. 8 am to Noon at Cecil Shamley Elementary School. We focused on the Indian Bend neighorhood by Cecil Shamley School in northeast Tempe, 1500 N Scovel Street, Tempe,  85288. We worked with the school principal, neighborhood association leader, City of Tempe and various non-profits and businesses to help neighbors with yardwork, house painting, school parking lot and perimeter trash clean up and alley clean up. There were information booths by Tempe Coalition, Tempe Community Action Agency, Tempe Community Council, Bicycle repair by Tempe Bicycle Action Group and additional booths. Breakfast and lunch were provided for neighbors and volunteers, thanks to a generous sponsorship by the Jerry W Brock Foundation. If you or your company are able to sponsor For Our City Day in Fall 2026, we have sponsorships available from $100 to $2,500.

For Our City Tempe is under the umbrella of Care, Inc. a 501(c)(3).
